The Chair of the Board is responsible for leading the Board to carry out its governance functions and ensuring the Board has approved policies to help ensure sound and compliant governance and management of the organization.

The Events Director oversees all aspects of event planning and management, including internal and external events.

The Director of Rural Outreach will act as the liaison between NG Pride and rural communities across North Grenville. This position will establish and maintain relationships with smaller rural communities and look for opportunities for outreach and education within these traditionally more isolated areas.

The Admin Director is responsible for several administrative and communication-related tasks, in addition to regulatory and legal compliance.

The Director of Finance will be responsible for the oversight and management of all fiscal matters within NG Pride.

In non-profit boards, "Supporting Director" is a title for some board members who have a general, as opposed to a specific, role in the organization. These directors shall be responsible for supporting other directors and learning and preparing to take on lead Board positions once other board members have completed their term in the role.

The Director of Communications leads all communications. The responsibilities include overseeing the production of high-quality content that engages the 2SLGBTQI+ community and its allies. It will also include creating informative content, press releases, articles, and media opportunities to share NG Prides' work in the community.

The Director of Technology is responsible for technology and will support the other members of the board with the implementation of technical tools and solutions. They will also be responsible for increasing the tech literacy of the organization through discovering solutions and teaching other members how to apply them.

The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for organizing, recruiting and taking care of volunteer coordination. The Volunteer Coordinator would report directly to the Board of Directors that would help further the mandate of NG Pride.
